Traditional Leader Academy
Creating a work environment where everyone feels valued and heard is difficult, but it's not impossible. Utilizing resources from GiANT Worldwide, we implement a common language and culture within the workplace that promotes self-awareness, emotional maturity, confidence, and trust. With our Traditional Leader Academy Program, you can transform your team, increase productivity, and boost employee satisfaction.
So, how does it work?
Over the course of 4 months, 6-10 individuals will meet (virtually) every other week for 60-75 minutes. With the help of the GiANT Worldwide curriculum, we will establish a better understanding of ourselves and our peers by diving into a proven system of tools, frameworks, and development processes that guides each individual to "Know yourself, to lead yourself, to lead others."
By gaining a better understanding of our own personalities, we are able to learn how our differences impact our interactions with our teammates. Only by holding a mirror up to ourselves and embracing our shortfalls will we grow our influence and success.
